The rugged North Devon coast has so much to offer and caters for a range of holiday makers. It's a walkers haven with miles of coastal paths, unspoiled dramatic coastlines with an abundance of fauna and flora you don't see everyday, large natural waterfalls and quaint villages and hamlets. Advanced surfers travel here from far and wide for the all year round surf. Families are spoilt for choice as they can choose Devon or Cornwall, Bude or Westward Ho! both offering large sandy beaches, sea pools and the whole seaside experience with quaint shops and amusement centres. Activities are endless with adventure parks like The Big Sheep, Milky Way Adventure Park and Ultimate Adventure Centre, along with nature trails including the famous Tarka Trail. There are some fabulous traditional country pubs in the area too, again you are spoilt for choice, all dog friendly and serving delicious food.

A separate dining room to the rear of the property overlooking the garden, which can seat up to 10 people

On the ground floor with rubber flooring, full wall mirror, spin bike, bench press with weights, good selection of dumbbells and kettle bells

Garden:
Secluded garden mostly grassed with shrubs surrounds the whole property allowing ample space for children and dogs to enjoy. The patio area is a real sun trap, ideal for BBQs and cocktails. Charcoal BBQ available. Sun loungers, bench, rattan corner sofa and rattan single chairs available allowing ample outdoor seating. There is also an outdoor fire pit. 17 foot trampoline, hammock and swing also available.

Children's Entertainment:
There are a large selection of books available in the lounge for children to read. In the gym there are toys including lego, train tracks, colouring items and toy cars.

In the twin room there are several board games in the cupboards all for use during your stay. Outside there is a large trampoline and swing.

Parking:
The large driveway can easily accommodate up to 5 cars should this be a large family holiday. Electric cars must be declared before your arrival and additional charges apply.

Access:
A key safe box is to the left of the front door, full details shall be sent prior to your arrival.
