The Balearic island of Menorca has a Mediterranean climate and is known for its seafood, beautiful scenery, stunning beaches and relaxing atmosphere. Menorca Airport is located at a 30-minute drive from the villa.
It has a classic Spanish villa look and is surrounded by a small Mediterranean style garden, inside you will find a mix of traditional and modern décor. The traditionally tiled kitchen with exposed wooden beams comes fully equipped and ready to use, here you can also access the outdoor area via the patio door. The open lounge and dining area have a modern look with more of the charming exposed beams, the two large patio doors which look out on to the pool make this space light and airy. Here you will also find a fireplace to cosy up in front of on those chillier nights.
The Villa offers fantastic outdoor space with stunning sea views that can be admired from the living area, poolside or balcony. Take a swim in the refreshing private swimming pool and sit back and relax with a drink in your hand on the sun loungers. Here you will also find a porch area that provides shade, a dining table set, a small utility area and a barbecue, great for dining outside on those warm summer evenings.

It is located in the small town of Santo Tomas, known for its laid back environment; its beautiful natural pine-covered hills and its stunning beaches. This ideally located villa is surrounded by similar holiday properties, wooded areas and boasts of picturesque sea views. The Villa is located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible and the beach can be reached within a 13-minute walk.
Santo Tomas beach is the closest to the luxury Villa, this beautiful and spacious beach has a golden sandy shore with some rocky areas, lovely clear sea and a picturesque hill and woodland backdrop. There are restaurants and bars dotted around and facilities for hiring sunbeds and umbrellas. Some of the activities include paddle boarding, canoeing and windsurfing, boat and pedalo hire are also available. Snorkelling is a popular activity too, amongst the rocky areas you will be able to spot some of the local sea life. During the summer periods there is a lifeguard on duty and if you decide to drive there is parking available.
If you are into hiking, horse riding or mountain biking then head to the Camí de Cavalls coastal path, the well sign-posted path was restored in 2010, making it accessible to everyone. This 185 km path goes all the way around the island and will lead you through wetlands, valleys, spectacular hidden beaches, woodlands and lighthouses. So why not pick a small section of this striking route and give it a go. One of the most picturesque sections happens to be between Cala Galdana and Santo Tomas which will walk you past some stunning virgin beaches.
Menorca's capital city of Mahon is located at a 40-minute drive from here and is a fantastic place to visit if you fancy a more busty day. Here you can take a guided boat tour around the large natural harbour where you will be able to get a unique view of the harbour's buildings and the small islands and forts in the area.
Visit the Museum of Menorca, which is set in a 17th-century monastery where you will be able to learn about the history of the island. Browse the local market where you will be able to buy local produce and products. If you still have time to spare then make sure you head to a local restaurant to try Menorca's famous lobster stew and pay a visit to the Xoriguer Gin distillery to sample the product in its place of origin.
