The Manoir, which sleeps up to 14 guests, has been sensitively restored in recent years to create a warm and welcoming home with great character as well as modern touches.
The two living rooms celebrate the Manoir's history with antique furnishings and comfortable sofas, while the elegant dining room is ideal for a meal by the fire.
Modern additions, on the other hand, include a fully-equipped kitchen and a relaxing TV lounge under the eaves upstairs.

As part of the most recent refurbishment, seven lovely double bedrooms, each with its own unique size and character, now have box-spring beds, new mattresses, and high-quality linen, while the majority of the six bath or shower rooms have also been upgraded.

For larger groups, two gîtes for a total of 16 guests can be rented in a historic building about 600m from the Manoir.
The 3 and 4-bedroom gîtes have a more modern feel, with lovely open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces, as well as lovely bedrooms and bathrooms.
Finally, an additional 6 guests could stay in a comfortable 2-bedroom dormitory with two sets of bunk beds and a double, which is located alongside the gîtes and sleeps a total of 36 people.

The Manoir's grounds are a joy to behold, with an abundance of summer flowers alongside formal gardens, a private tennis court, and, of course, the 14m long heated swimming pool.
Head inside another lounge, this one with sofas and a pool table in one of the Manoir's annexes, for cooler evenings, while the large reception room next door would be ideal for a celebratory wedding feast.

Explore the 110-hectare estate on foot, or hop on the château's bikes to go even further. Ponds teeming with wildlife, ducks flying across the fields, ancient trees aplenty, and even opportunities to fish or hunt

Explore charming Farmer's markets in nearby villages and spend time in Blois, one of the region's most picturesque and historic towns and home to one of France's most important castles.
From Château de Chambord to Château Royal d'Amboise, there are numerous other famous Loire châteaux to visit.
Make time to visit the wonderful city of Orléans as well.

Despite the splendour of the Loire Valley surrounding you, it will be difficult to find anywhere more tranquil and relaxing than Château and its magnificent estate.
