On the cosmopolitan party island of Mykonos, Cosmic Villas is pleased to showcase this tranquil and magnificent home perched on a hillside close to the fantastic Elia Beach.
The property is only 10 miles from Mykonos Town and 3 km from the picturesque village of Ano Mera, which is home to the lovingly renovated Panagia Tourliani Monastery from the 16th century.
There is much more to this magnificent island than just the rich and famous partygoers who frequent there. It is incredibly lovely, filled with history, culture, picturesque windmills, boutique hotels, dazzlingly colourful flora, and breathtaking beaches. The buildings are sugar cube-shaped and bright white, with vibrant blue doors and shutters. Beaches for gays and the naked are progressive. Mykonos has sustained appeal despite being regarded as one of the most costly and upscale Greek islands.
The villa has a superb, minimalist style and is attractive and stylish. 7 people can sleep there in 4 bedrooms. The villa takes pride in leaving a minimal environmental impact. White dominates the décor, although texture and sporadic, magnificent architectural details are highlighted. It is extremely beautifully constructed, making the most of framed views fit for a picture-postcard.
The bottom floor's open concept living, dining, and kitchen room is beautiful, including gorgeous furnishings, extraordinary lighting elements, and a gorgeous kitchen. One aspect that distinguishes this wonderful property from others is the floating breakfast bar. Fantastic views of the sea and sky are framed by the lounge's windows, which stand out sharply against the room's chalk-white walls. On the ground floor, there is one of the gorgeous, spotless bathrooms.
A stunning, modern master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom is located on the lower floor. Two further spotless double rooms are available, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. A single room with a single bed and no windows is also available. It is modest yet attractive. These sensational bedrooms share a delightful, modern bathroom. There is a small kitchenette on the lower level as well as a fun, shaded playground for children up to the age of 8.
The terrace on the property is magnificent. Elegant, stylish and serene, it boasts a superb swimming pool, sun loungers, trendy outdoor furniture under a canopy and covered alfresco dining with an excellent barbecue. The blend of stark white walls and pebbles, warm stone walls and gorgeous blue and greens from the hillside and sea is sensational on the eye.
The villa offers daily cleaning and change of linen every two days. Extra services can be provided for a supplement including professional chefs, dry cleaning, transfers by luxury minibus or executive car, nanny services, yacht rental or even helicopter tours. You are guaranteed to enjoy a holiday to remember at this villa.

Mykonos is talked about in the same breathy terms as Ibiza or Miami. It has been popular with A-list celebrities since the Fifties and Sixties when stars such as Brigitte Bardot and Jackie Onassis understood its attractions. It is upmarket, stunningly beautiful and offers chic hospitality. It is a party lover’s paradise, but it is also a whitewashed, glimmering Grecian gem waiting to be explored. There are stunning beaches, glamorous beach clubs, swanky restaurants, lush hillsides and azure waters.
The property is situated on the hillside above the beautiful, idyllic Elia Beach. The beach is gorgeous with silvery-white sand, Mykonos’ longest sweep of sand and popular with families. The rainbow flag at the end of the beach marks this as an LGBT friendly stretch of sand. Platys Gialos Beach is 5km southeast of Mykonos Town and is wide and beautiful with many restaurants and bars. You can catch water taxis from Elia Beach to Platys Gialos. Other popular beaches are Psarou Beach, Paraga Beach, Paradise Beach which is the famous party beach with bars spilling out into the sand and dominated by eponymous clubs, Super Paradise Beach and Agios Ioannis Beach. There are 25 beaches in total! Platys Gialos and Kalafatis are particularly good for water sports.
Ano Mera is very pretty. You can meander through the delightful streets and get a feel for how people lived before the tourist boom. The Panagia Tourlaina and Paleokastro Monasteries are centuries old and definitely worth a visit.
After the beaches, Mykonos Town or Hora as it is known, is the second-biggest attraction of the island. The enchanting warren of narrow lanes, bedecked with colourful bougainvillaea and lined with picturesque churches, charming restaurants, quirky art galleries and chic boutiques, is somewhere you can meander for hours.
There are interesting museums, including the Archaeological Museum and the Aegean Maritime Museum. Hora is a shoppers paradise with casual fashion, souvenirs and jewellery being sold in Little Venice, Greek designers on Matogliani and fantastic art in Mavrogenous Street. The open-air cinema is another delight of Hora.
