The 70 sqm infinity pool has a jacuzzi/children’s shallow section and sits on the terrace where there is also sun loungers, an alfresco dining complete with a stone barbecue and a stylish, Ottoman cabana, complete with drapes for real indulgence and relaxation.
It is such a beautiful spot to watch the sun go down and enjoy the brilliant lights across the bay.
The terrace feels very private and relaxing.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has the same fabulous views and and is fully equipped and comfortably furnished.
There are six large bedrooms and one of these is accessed separately from the mian house.
It is very attractive with stone walls, extremely spacious and has its own large ensuite bathroom.
The remaining five bedrooms are on the first and second floors, and they all open out onto furnished balconies.
Four of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Beneath the villa is a shuttered garage and a games room with table tennis and a running machine.

The Villa is located in the Kisla area, within walking distance to the beach.
With 6 bedrooms it accommodates up to 12 guests.

The Kisla area of Kalkan has three restaurants, the nearest being a 2-minute walk away from the villa.
There is a small shop for groceries.
Kisla is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Kalkan, or you can take the water taxi during the day.
It is an excellent location to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The harbour views are very special, especially at dusk when the old town starts to light up against the mountainside.
If you venture out of Kalkan, you will find some amazing restaurants in ancient villages.
Everyone is so friendly, and the ambience is wonderful.
Islamlar Village is a great example with the Pinarbasi Terrace.
The views are seriously impressive, as is the cuisine.
If you don’t want to drive, you can take a taxi into the alpine hills, through tiny hamlets and past families sitting on sofas in their gardens enjoying the cool air.
Springs diverted from the mountains into the village of Islamlar have led to a thriving trout farming industry.
A favourite outing from Kalkan is a trip to the eye-watering Saklikent Gorge.
It is a 20-30 minute drive from Kalkan and is 18km long and 300m deep, one of the deepest canyons in the world.
It was opened as a national park in 1996.
You can visit all year round through between November and March the water can be very high so you may not get very far.
It is such fun wading, climbing, swimming, and sliding through.
The fresh mountain water is cold and often up to waist height in stretches.
There is also an option for river rafting.
It is lovely to enjoy a fresh fish waterside meal at the end of your adventure.

KALKAN
Kalkan has become boutique resorts, with cobbled streets and converted Greek houses, which belonged to the Greek merchants before the exchange of population in the 1920’s.
Once quiet fishing harbours these days you are more likely to see traditional wooden gulets taking tourists to soak up rays on the sparkling turquoise Mediterranean.
A boat trip is a must do, from the boat you can snorkel and usually a delicious lunch is prepared on board.
Keen walkers should check out the Lycian way for designated walking paths in the area.
You cannot come to this area without spending some time exploring the many Lycian sights, such as Xanthos, Patara, Myra or the sunken city of Kekova.
Travelling to Turkey
All British (and most other nationalities) citizens require a full 10 year passport with at least 6 months validity to enter Turkey.
UK passport holders are exempt from visa for tourist visits of up to 90 days within 180 days starting from the first entry date.
