The estate is a modern delight with a heated pool, tennis court, gym, speedboat, and direct access to the beach!
A sublime contemporary home with soft cream and sandstone walls inside and out, this striking exterior stands out from the thick green of the cypress groves and olive trees that populate the property.
Every room is incredibly airy, with enormous, sometimes double-height windows flooding the rooms with natural light, monochrome and cream furniture and fittings decked with post-modern art. Alongside a vast lounge and luxurious kitchen, there’s a study on the first floor for work or a little time alone, equipped with a computer and printer.
You’ll also find an excellent open-air gym on-site, if you’re after a bit of time to yourself, with fixed and free weights, a rowing machine and a treadmill.
Across the main villa, you will find seven comfortable and self-contained bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, two on the first floor, two on the lower-ground floor and two in their private building. Patio doors in each room promise a bright, airy interior, with immediate access to a stunning terrace and sea views from all bar one.
In many, the king-size bed can be exchanged for two twin beds if required, adding absolute flexibility for all our guests. The master suite also enjoys an additional living space for a little extra room to relax and unwind in privacy. A beautiful bathroom accompanies each room with sparkling white and marble walls, expansive showers, and bathtubs.
And finally, the jewel in the crown of this extraordinary villa is its spacious garden and beautiful facilities. With 10,000 square metres of land, you will find the space for everyone and every activity and the equipment to match.
A sparkling private pool, with a lower and upper deck from which you can gaze out over the Ionian Sea, is an idyllic spot for swimming, sunbathing and socialising. At the same time, you also can enjoy private beach access! If you fancy a little physical activity, there’s a floodlit tennis court, table tennis and tons of water sports equipment.
Indeed, there’s truly something for everyone, with the kids enjoying access to a fantastic treehouse, table tennis, kayaks, and three paddleboards!

Nestled in the charming olive-growing island of Paxos, the villa is ideally located to enjoy the smallest of the main Ionian islands with its three main harbour towns.
Legend has it that Paxos was a secret island paradise carved off Corfu by the sea god Poseidon to enjoy with his lover Amphitrite, the sea nymph. It is an island covered in olive trees, with a dramatic coastline and very few signs of commercial development.
You can cover the island in 15 minutes, including around 30 beaches! Best explored by boat, you’ll be delighted to find a speedboat in the villa for your enjoyment – so you can quickly head out to the next-door Antipaxos, further afield in the Ionian islands and across to the mainland.
Vast skies, sparkling white-sand beaches, and huge stretches of brilliant blue seas define this country and its many islands, where the thriving nature complements elegant architecture throughout. For a bit of adrenaline, try kitesurfing, wreck diving, and rock climbing, or set up on a beautiful beach and soak up the long days of sunshine.
The food of Greece is famous for its rich flavours and delicate recipes of Mediterranean delights. Feta and olive oil are universal, while all kinds of fresh fish, fragrant herbs and crunchy greens, all found in the back garden of the average Greek, await your enjoyment.
Be sure to tuck into some classic Greek cuisines while you’re here, including the local specialities of sardines, squid and seabass, and the typical olive oil and wines!
A warm, passionate people and such a beautifully sociable country, both young and old, will welcome you with open arms in Greece.
