This uniquely quietly located 2-person penthouse with direct views of one of the most beautiful golf courses in Spain called El Bosque , is located in the eponymous, luxurious and secure urbanization, just 20 minutes from the center of Valencia city and the airport.
The view of the golf course from the spacious terrace on the first and top floor of this small-scale apartment building is really fantastic. Our guests also have free access to a large communal swimming pool, just around the corner. You can also use a modern fitness room free of charge.
From the penthouse, you can walk onto the 18-hole golf course within a few minutes. The El Bosque urbanization also has its own tennis club, free fitness club, paddle courts and a very good restaurant.
The large supermarket 'Consum' is 2 minutes by car from the penthouse.
The penthouse has recently been renovated and has a large 2-person box spring in the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with shower and second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and Miele washing machine
There is a smart TV with all Dutch channels, Netflix and a super-fast fiber-optic WIFI connection.
