Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this incredible villa that sits expediently in the Vall de Colonya of Pollensa.
This outstanding ‘finca’ offers a tranquil rural raised setting amongst the meadows of Pollensa. Clad stone walls, mature garden, shady terraces and an irresistible swimming pool conjure up the rustic appeal of this utopia.
This idyllic setting with panoramic views is certainly the key to this exceptional property, although you cannot ignore the distinct embracing ambience of the interiors.
The spacious living area has terracotta tiling and traditional wooden beams throughout, which compliments the cosy allure of modern furnishings—mesmerising mountain vistas envelope Casa Beauty from which you can explore the diversities of the north. The most magnificent sweeping views are yours at this 4-bedroom rural retreat.
Entering from the stone courtyard, the house interiors convey an instant homely feeling, with the principal living accommodation having an open plan design. Stone arches throughout and soft furnishings offer a traditional but elegant feel.
The attractive lounge offers comfortable sofas, fireplace, plasma TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and views over the garden; steps lead to the dining room with table and chairs, perfect for indoor dining. A hallway leads to the fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. The large patio kitchen doors offer access to an outside terrace that is convenient and perfect for watching the sunset.
There are stairs leading to the first floor from the dining area, where you will find 2 x double bedrooms (1 x double and 2 x twin), all with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
Externally there are steps down to the various spacious terraces that border the house, poolside and landscaped grounds. Sweeping panoramic views can be savoured across the undulating valley. The swimming pool is circular and built into the rock face; therefore, the rock forms part of the pool. Sun loungers and spectacular views surround the pool with an adjacent covered seating area.
While this location is undoubtedly rural, there are still good amenities in the town of Pollensa (2 km). You will find the beach at Playa De Muro (13.5km) and Puerto Pollensa (9 km), both sandy beaches and perfect for families.

Pollensa – just 2 km away, the villa is located in the Vall de Colonya in Pollensa, the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Although Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn’t feel like many other towns that have surrendered to tourism.
Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts, and cafes, restaurants, and bars. The week’s highlight is the authentic and traditional market every Sunday morning.
Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that you have to climb 365 to get to the top. However, the climb is worth it, and the views do not disappoint from the top.
Just 9 km away, Puerto Pollensa offers lovely scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, making Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments.
Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. Incredible scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.
Just 9.2 km away, Cala Sant Vincente is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum in Mallorca.
