Villa Luca is a stunning property located on a quiet development with private swimming pool, a few minutes walk to the beautiful Kalamies beach.
This lovely villa boasts an open plan layout, with a spacious living and dining area that comfortably seats 6 guests and the lounge has 2 single sofa beds which can accommodate a 5th and 6th person for an extra charge of €25 per person per night.. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday guests with cooking and washing facilities. There is also a guest W/C on the ground floor
The villa has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom at the front of the villa has a wonderful balcony for guests to enjoy morning coffee and the second bedroom is bright and has garden views. All rooms are fully air conditioned with free Wifi throughout.
Outside, the wrap around garden offers a sun trap veranda with plenty of outside seating to enjoy al fresco dining or evening cocktails. The beautiful private swimming pool is a perfect place to cool off during the hot summer months and with with sun beds to relax on and an outside shower you dont have to move far to make the most of your holiday.
The local restaurants, bars and beaches are only a few minutes walk from the villa along with a tennis court and play area for the children. An ideal location for all ages!!
