The villa is located in Puntinak, 3 km from the centre of Sumartin on the Island of Brac.
It is an oasis of exclusive luxury overlooking the bay and Sumartin with a gorgeous mountainous backdrop.
Sumartin is a delightful, peaceful resort on Brac’s eastern coast which faces Makarska on the mainland.

It offers numerous nearby beaches and coves including Rasotica, Zukovik, Radovnja, Studena, Zvirje and Spilice making it one of the most sought after resorts.
Sumartin enjoys a beautiful church, a gorgeous stone bell tower and a Franciscan monastery St Martin after which the village got its name.
