The ground floor/entrance level features three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an additional single bed, a games room with TV, DVD, and table tennis, and access to three terraces.

The lower ground floor features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living room with satellite TV, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an additional single bed, en-suite bathroom, WC and washbasin.

The first floor features two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single beds, both having en-suite bathrooms, showers, WC and washbasins.
