The property comes with 2 acres of land, giving plenty of space to walk around and where you will meet a massive 13 m x 5 m heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining table and lounge area, and further down the garden a tennis court awaits.

Walking towards the interior, modern décor is laid over 2 floors. With 4 spacious bedrooms, main living areas with up-to-date furniture and appliances, this holiday home features much charm while keeping much of the Portuguese traditional architecture.

The surroundings show a different Algarve, nevertheless, a spectacular place to stay in contact with nature, as Ria Formosa Natural Reserve stretches for 60 km long and allow us to see some wildlife, but also spend some quality time on soft white sandy beaches almost untouched by tourism.
