House at the ramparts with view
The house is located at the city 's Old Town, in front of a bus stop. It 's close to the city 's Citadel and there 's a view of the sea. Free parking is available at a maximun distance of 400 meters.
The house is located at the city's Old Town (aka "Upper Town"), exactly on the bus stop named "Keládi" of the No23 bus route. It 's close to the city's Citadel (aka "Castle"), it's walls and great gates (aka "Portaras"), and to lots of monuments of the roman, byzantine and ottoman era. However, the lower center of the city is not far either. The view includes the Thermaic Gulf and parts of the city. On a clear atmosphere, mount Olympus can be seen on the other side of the Gulf.
The house is a 90 sq.m., two floor maisonette (1st and 2nd floor) that communicate via an inner staircase. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and the larger bathroom. On the second floor there is an undivided kitchen and living-room, and also the balcony. It can accommodate up to 7 persons, four in 2 double beds, double sofa and single sofa.
As of yet, one of the two bedrooms is airconditioned as depicted in the photos. For the rest of the space there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan. Unfortunately the staircase is not suitable for disabled people and there is the hope of solving that issue soon.
