The house has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms (one outside). There is an outside kitchen including barbecue and paella area. The casa is surrounded by a large garden, pine trees, orange, olive and almond groves.
The house has a large terrace providing shade and lots of trees to hang up the hammocks.
There is a small swimming pool with terrace and we even have a ping pong table.
There is parking space for 2 cars.
The house is situated inland from Valencia, near the villages of Real de Montroi and Turis and is about 45 minutes drive from Valencia. Driving to the villages takes about 15 minutes where there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Valencia is a charming old city and the capital of the Valencian Community. With just over 800,000 inhabitants in 2020, it is Spain’s third-largest city and, after Barcelona, the most significant cultural centre along the Spanish Mediterranean coast. It is the capital of the autonomous Valencian Community, and is known for tourism and cuisine. In March visitors flock to the city for the annual UNESCO-listed Falles celebration, but the city is worth visiting at other times of year for its paella, ultramodern architecture, and good beaches.
