Our cosy caravan has a nice sized lounge area with a L shaped sofa, an electric effect fire, a TV and DVD player.

There is a dining area with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area.

Our caravan has 2 bedrooms.

A master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and an en suite toilet and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed.

There is a shower room and toilet.

The caravan has central heating.

Bed linen is provided.

TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

Guests have access to the whole caravan, including the decking area.  There is outdoor seating and a BBQ.  Please ensure you only use the BBQ on the grassy area beside the unit.

Wifi is Hoburne Wifi and is fine for browsing the internet etc, its not great for anything bigger ie streaming films.If you need better internet access we do have some mifi boxes you can hire at £20 per week. Please ensure you book them ASAP as we only have a limited number.

There is plenty of parking close to the caravan.

Access to the caravan is via keysafe.   Check in instructions will be sent via email around a week before your stay.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am.  If you’d like a late check out - 12pm this is available for an extra charge of £35.
