Lovely 3 bed caravan with lake view.
Our cosy caravan has a nice sized lounge area with a comfy sofa an electric effect fire, a TV and DVD player. The patio doors open onto the decking and the view across the lake is stunning.
The caravan has its own dedicated Wifi throughout.
There is a dining area with a table seating 4, and a well equipped kitchen area.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms.
A master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and an en suite toilet and two twin rooms with 2 single beds that can be made into a small double if needed.
Bedding is provided .
TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN
There is a shower room and toilet.
The caravan has central heating.
Outside the decking has wonderful lake views across Kingfisher Lake.
The Cotswold Hoburne park has lots of great facilities. We have included in your booking a £50 resort fee that allows access to the complex.
In the clubhouse there is an indoor pool outdoor pool (May - October), sports bar showing sporting events, café, bistro, evening entertainment, soft play, a small arcade, crazy golf (Extra fee applies), pedalos on the lake (Extra fee applies), a man made beach to paddle in.
The fishing is great. Its course fishing, mainly large carp with a few tench. Fishing is on a first come first served basis and you can fish all of the 3 lakes on site.
Use of the gym is free of charge, however you need to complete an assessment form available from reception.
There is a shop and launderette.
There is plenty of free parking close to the caravan.
