The semi-detached Villa is located at Lissa Links and is situated in a quiet residential area of Chalis with amenities all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. The property has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen and externally decorated. The 3 bedrooms all have en-suite facilities and the garden is child safe. There is a roof balcony for private sun bathing. The complex of 25 properties is a mix of English and Turkish people and there is a large shared swimming pool with a small children's pool.

Chalis Beach is a safe family beach for swimming and is within a 15minute walk. The beautiful play park is a 5 to 8 minute walk and located alongside the refurbished waterfront that can be walked or cycled along all the way into Fethiye. There is a foot ferry that runs from Chalis to Fethiye every 30 minutes and makes for a beautiful crossing over the Fethiye Harbour waters.

Fethiye is a working bustling harbour town and offers a vibrant insight into Turkish life with markets, restaurants and boat trips.

The local hospital is a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a private hospital that is fully prepared for international visitors and is a 5 minute drive towards Fethiye. The locality has an extensive range of restaurants and cafes many are within a 5 to 8 minute walk.
There is a local market in Chalis on a Sunday. Chalis is a fantastic location to enjoy all that Turkey has to offer.
