Villa Norcas Grande is a fantastic space for large parties, golfers and families wanting to holiday ‘together’ but have their own private villa. Made up of 2 identical adjoining villas in their own fenced private grounds, with children's splash pool and main pool, both of which can be heated!

Close to many amenities of Vale Da Parra, it really is a rare find.

Each house is identically built, each has a large lounge and dining room with patio doors opening to the back of the house and pools. Each house has spacious living areas, they each have a flat screen TV dining table and chairs. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge areas. The villa has those small extra touches, like a safe, bluetooth speakers for your use, and a DVD player.

Each house has;
1 twin bedroom on the ground floor with an en suite shower room
2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one en suite shower room (both with balcony)

Outside the house you will find everything you need, a private pool and separate splash pool, pool table, table-tennis table and 2 brick built BBQs. The villa has underground parking for 2 cars. There are tall hedges around the terrace and pool area giving extra privacy. The house has an alarm too.

A few restaurants, café bars, and a mini market are within a 2 minute walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.

The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.

The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have restaurants too.

Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers!

Pool can be heated for a £250 supplement. Both pools get the heating. Brand new Roman steps into the main pool have just been built.

The driveway and garage are shared with the third adjoining house, the gardens and pools etc are private for you.
