This is a charming rustic 5 bed detached villa with its own private pool.

Coming into the villa there are double driveway gates that leads to a large parking area that can easily accommodate 3 vehicles. There is a beautiful pool area complete with seating and table in the actual pool, there is a grassed area for sunbathing with loungers and table and chairs for relaxing.

There is a second quirky relaxing outdoor area to the rear of the property which has seating area for 8 people, a table BBQ and a stone BBQ.

On entering the villa you go into a hallway alcove which has a piano and a large wooden table and chairs, through the hallway you have access to the villa and the self contained apartment which is through a locked door and up a small flight of stairs. In the self contained apartment you will find a mini kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Back in the hallway you access the main section of the villa which leads to the 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, the main lounge area which boasts a large wooden and tiled 8 seater table and chairs and the kitchen.

There are various doors which access the different outdoor areas.

The property has UKTV and boast a very effective 5g WIFI system.

Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport are both approximately a 45 minute drive from the villa. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive, supermarket 5 minute drive, bars 2 minute walk. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is a 10 minute drive.

Cheers Bar is about a 30 second walk away and is a family friendly bar with lots of different activities. There is also a horse riding school a minutes walk away.

Orihuela Costa is a coastal region situated on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It sits close to the border with Murcia, near La Manga and the beautiful Mar Menor. Despite its name it is actually around 20 kilometres away from the main resort of Orihuela.

Again close to Torrevieja is the popular resort of La Zenia. Campoamor is an excellent location for people who want to appreciate an element of real Spanish culture. The stunning scenery, green woodland and beautiful beaches make Campoamor a premier destination on the Orihuela Costa for tourists.
