Villa Bay View 3 is an elegant holiday villa located on the northern side of island Brač, just 400 m from the beautiful pebble beach in Splitska bay. This charming and exquisite villa is part of Bay View residence which consists of 15 villas situated in the peaceful and secluded area surrounded by pristine nature, with breathtaking views of the sea and the mainland spreading in front of the villas. The unique position and the vicinity of restaurants (700 m), caffes (750 m), grocery store (700 m) and ferry port (6 km) makes this residence truly a perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

Villa Bay View 3 consists of ground, first and second floor level and covers 172 m2 of living area. The villa is a suitable accommodation for up to 10 persons. Ground floor consists of a modern and well equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with two sofa beds, 1 half-bath and a storage room. Kitchen and living room have access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.

First floor consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms with king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and french balconies, 3 en suite bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a seaview, while the other two bedrooms offer stunning views of the surrounding forest or garden.

The second floor consists of a partially covered and spacious roof terrace equipped with sun loungers with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the mainland.

The outdoor area is designed as a perfect oasis for relaxation where guests can enjoy the scents of the charming Mediterranean garden and find refreshment in the private outdoor pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers. Guests who enjoy dining al fresco are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue and the outdoor table and chairs on the covered terrace.

Villa Bay View 3 is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, safe, mosquito nets and blinds, work desk, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, washing machine and hair dryer.
