On the exterior, we come across a private heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area with outdoor fireplace, and private parking. The breathtaking sunsets are a true invitation to a memorable holiday break.
In the vicinity there are many points of interest to drop by, such as the beautiful and alluring Sintra, Cabo da Roca being Europe´s most western point is also worth paying a visit, or the touristic Cascais.

The villa is situated 11.2 km from Sintra, and 20 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, delightful terraces by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Estoril, that has the biggest casino in Europe, is only 28 km away. Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado, is only 40 min. away. Guincho, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach & sports holidays. But along the coast the choice of other beaches is endless. Guincho is famous for water sports activities, white sandy family beaches, all within a 20 min drive.
