Location, location, location! Our Malama beach house is located on the fabulous Blue Water Bay resort. Directly off the Kapparis's Kennedy Avenue main strip of bars and restaurants but far enough away to give you real peace and quiet.

The stunning cobalt waters of Malama Beach are a 5 minute walk away and the famous Fireman's Beach is just a 10 minute walk.

Kapparis

Recently developed into an all year round resort means no matter what time of year you come to Kapparis there are always shops, bars and restaurants open. The local bus travels from the main town of Paralimni, through Kapparis onto the beach resort of Protaras then onto Ayia Napa making it an excellent holiday spot.

Many British and other Europeans have made Kapparis their home due to its friendly small village feel with a friendly local community.

The coastline is dotted with some really nice beaches including Malama and Firemans beach, both are perfect for families due to the shallow waters.

Getting around

The best option is to rent a car from the Airport. A car is not essential but highly recommended.
