The Fruteria

The Fruteria, is a newly renovated property, that used to be the corner shop, and trade fruit. It's location is superb, in situ on one of the plaza's, in an elevated position, where you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Many fine fish restaurants and shops are also within 5 minutes walk.

Ground Floor - entrance level, where you will find the large kitchen and dining area, with large dining for 11. Doors open out onto the square. A family bathroom is on this level.

Basements - steps lead down to the huge basement bedroom with kingsize bed.

First floor and Second floor are indentical, each with a twin room and double room, plus good sized shower room.

Each bedroom has underbid storage, large floor mirror, and hat-clothes stand.

There are many stairs in this this house, and it would be unsuitable for small toddlers.

Top floor is a lounging area with a doors leading to a small roof terrace, plus a single bedroom on this level.

All bedrooms are small, except the basement level which is large.

All bedlinen is included. Towels are not provided. All of our furniture is brand new, and we have IKEA beds and mattresses.

TV works via an Amazon Fire stick, and you need to use your hotspot on your phone for this to connect to the internet.
