The house is built with traditional stone detail, terracotta floors, timber ceilings, fireplace, pergola and a large private terrace with astonishing Aegean view up to the Islands of Mykonos and Delos. - The spacious living room is attractively furnished with Cycladic-style furniture and decorated with Greek seascape paintings that highlight its authentic traditional character.

The main bedroom is adjacent to a fully equipped bathroom and has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a patio-door that opens to the magnificent view from the terrace. The large second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and a washing machine.

THE AREA:
Agios Sostis is on the south coast of Tinos Island, right across from Mykonos. It is one of the most sought-after areas for family holidays due to its long sandy beach, the excellent Aegean views and the short distance from Tinos town. - The long sandy beach of Agios Sostis is only 5-minutes walk from the house (350m), as is the nearest cafe and restaurant. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, favoured by families due to the shallow and safe waters for the children.

Tinos town (5km) is about 8-minutes drive. It is full of life with many restaurants and cafes, shopping streets, medieval cobbled streets, Monuments, Museum, Cultural Centre, and the impressive Cathedral of Megalochari. - Coach tours around the island as well as boat trips to the islands of Andros, Syros, Mykonos, Delos, Paros Naxos and Santorini are available on a daily basis.

THE ISLAND:
Tinos has a lot to offer. - It combines beautiful beaches, traditional quaint villages, historic and cultural interests, taverns and restaurants everywhere you go and magnificent views on your way. - The local people are warm and friendly, the food is original and the prices are excellent!
