Windmill Villa's spacious interior is 210 sq. meters, on three levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor), and on its surrounding area, guests can enjoy a beautiful private 2300 m² landscaped garden, with olive trees, oleanders and numerous spots to relax with their family and friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (adults and children) in its 5 bedrooms. It offers 4 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa that transforms into 2 full size single beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned through wall-mounted split a/c units.

The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, and a separate shower room. 2 fully equipped kitchens are available for our guests to prepare their breakfast and meals and enjoy them in the dining area in the living room or outside in the terrace, the patio or even in the garden area.

A barbeque facility is provided in the premises, for guests to prepare and enjoy their grilled meat or fish.

Free linen change and house cleaning 2 times per week. Everyday cleaning can be arranged upon request (extra charge based on a pre-fixed price).

Free fast Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa.

We also provide 4 sunbeds in the garden area and 2 fixed umbrellas by the seaside.

Location
Windmill is located in Kalyves beach, a quiet and peaceful area in Sithonia, Halkidiki. Just a few steps in front of the villa, you can touch the sandy beach and feel the clear blue sea waters. The sound of the waves, the birds, the breeze and the scents coming from the olive trees and the oleanders, compose the canvas of your relaxing summer holidays.

If you enjoy water sports, on the same beach just a few hundred meters away, you can rent water sports equipment, jet skis, sea bikes and more.

The villa is just a 5-minute drive from the village center and market area where you can find fully equipped mini-markets, bakeries, and taverns.

Kalyves is a great starting point if you feel like driving around and visiting more spots in Halkidiki. You can reach some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia, such as Trani Ammouda and Kalogria beach in under 40 minutes (driving).
