Lindian Plumeria is a modernized traditional house in Lindos renovated in 2021. It offers a relaxing unheated Jacuzzi (2,5x1,5x0,90) as well as brilliant smart features that make it quite neoteric. It conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests and certainly promises an unforgettable stay in Lindos. Lindian Plumeria is located within the traditional settlement in a quiet area very close to the restaurants, bars and the market of Lindos. It is 150m far from the Main Square and 100m from the beach.

Lindian Plumeria consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that include a shower. There’s a staircase that gives you access to one of the rooms. Each room has a smart TV and overviews Lindos beach. At the ground floor there’s a large traditional bedroom with a pebble floor and an incomparable architectural arch that meets at the top the wooden ceiling decorated with ornate handmade tiles of 1938, has a king-size mattress, a living room and a large bathroom.In the same area there’s a door that leads to a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation. The kitchen also communicates with the outdoors. All of the areas of the house are tastefully decorated with an ethnic style that magnetizes you as soon as you arrive. Outdoors, guests will find their oasis in the summer, a beautiful unheated Jacuzzi to refresh. Also, there is a large pergola covered with plants, and a rest point with a hammock that is offered for complete relaxation in combination with the wonderful aromas from the plumeria plant that decorates the space. The rooms are modernized to allow electronic check-in, temperature control, and lighting, opening and closing the curtains via tablet. Lindian Plumeria has created its own application on android and iOS phones. When customers first arrive at the villa, they simply scan the QR code and download the app with which they can do everything!

The material used in their construction is either the local quarried limestone (porolithos) or field stones which have been plastered and whitewashed. Lindian Plumeria is located within the traditional settlement in a quiet area very close to the restaurants, bars and the market of Lindos. It is 150m far from the Main Square and 100m from the beach. You should visit Saint Paul’s idyllic beach which is found at a walking distance of only 10 minutes. You shouldn’t miss visiting Prasonisi which has a magnificent beach and is found at a distance of 50 minutes. Old town is considered to be the oldest inhabited city in Europe and is found at a driving distance of an hour. The airport of Rhodes is found an hour away.

General Rules:

-Quiet Hours
Summer common silence hours 15:00 to 17:30 & 23:00 to 07:00
Winter common silence hours 15:30 to 17:30 & 22:00 to 07:30
-Villa Operation Report
It is essential that you inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours any irregularity and/or technical issues found upon check-in to intervene quickly by our staff. Any complaints that will be mentioned upon departure shall not be considered.
-Parties & Loud music
Our guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors. Loud music & parties are not allowed in our property.
-Damages
Nobody will intentionally damage things in the accommodation, but it can happen to anyone that things break. We are pleased if you inform us about damages and we do not have to find out after your departure or when the next tenants move in. Please note that broken furniture, equipment etc. must be reported to the host immediately and in some cases will be charged. For this reason, on arrival you will be pre-approved a sum of money as a guarantee which will be refunded one week after your departure as long as all the rules of the house have been observed.
-Keys – Remote Controls
In case of loss of keys (failure to deliver the same number of keys provided on arrival) and/or damage on remote controls additional charge will be applied.
-Forbidden Items
The following items are not allowed in the accommodation unit or anywhere on the outside areas of the property: firearms, easy flammable & explosive substances, substances with strong unpleasant odors.
-Departure / Arrival
Check In starts from 14:00pm
Check Out at 10:00am

During your stay:

-Please respect the maximum number of occupants at all times. Guests can be visited by their friends during the day, but guests are obliged to inform the owner about it. Unreported guests are not allowed to stay in the accommodation unit.
-Smoking only outdoors.
-Pets are not allowed.
-In Greece we use the bins for used papers, cotton buds, sanitary napkins, tampons, cotton swabs etc
-We all think green so before you leaving the house make sure you have turned off all the air conditioners as well as all the electrical appliances. When operating the air conditioners do not leave windows and doors open to avoid power consumption and any air conditioning damage.
-Food leftovers are to be disposed of with the residual waste in the bins.
-During any possible bad weather we kindly ask our guests to close all the windows, all the balcony doors & the sunshades. Windows and doors should be also closed when leaving the Villa.
-It is forbidden to deteriorate furniture, decoration or property itself & remove anything from this property at any time for any reason. This applies for all the areas of the Villa (indoor/outdoor). In addition, we ask you not to use the hand and bath towels from our house as pool towels. There are separate pools towels available.
-Guests are kindly requested to take care of their belongings & valuables left in the Villa. Safes are available for keeping your valuables like money, jewelry & personal documents.
-You are kindly requested & responsible to look after the order and cleanliness of the Villa during your stay.

Proper Outdoor Operation:

-Please use shower before entering the jacuzzi & strictly avoid bubble bath, shampoo or foam in pool. You shall only use the pool towels outdoors.
-Food, drinks and cigarettes are not allowed in the jacuzzi.
-Children should be under constant supervisor of adults.
-You are kindly requested to respect the decoration & nature of the property and avoid damaging the plant & grass. In case of BBQ keep the fire under constant su-pervisor and control. Make sure the fire is extinguished when you leave the house and do not leave the fireplaces unattended.
-Please do not leave your rubbish outdoors, there is a risk of collecting insects or rodents.
-We ask from the possible smokers to dispose of the cigarette remains in the ash-trays which are available in all outdoor areas and should be used.

Before departure:

-It is desirable to leave the house in the state it was when you got there.
-Please throw away all your rubbish, wash all the dishes and collect all the used linen in the bathroom.
-You shall not remove any of the Villa belongings to keep them as a souvenir.

These and some other simple rules that will be specified in detailed upon your arrival will be courteously but firmly enforced and supervised by the villa staff. We kindly ask your cooperation in maintaining an environment that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.
