The apartment is formed out of part of the coach house of one of Torquay's grand old Victorian villas. It is located in the Wellswood area of Torquay and is close to "Wellswood Village" with its many amenities including a pub, post office, two bistros, cafe, delicatessen, patisserie and many other shops and traders of different kinds. The apartment is also just a ten or fifteen minute walk from The Kent's Cavern one of the main English Riviera Attractions.

The apartment features a superb dining hall with a stunning roof lantern that floods the space with masses of light. The kitchen is part of this space and has all the equipment you would need including a gas stove, electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

A few steps up is the incredible lounge area which has huge amounts of space and which has windows along the full length of one of the walls. The room is decorated with an eclectic mix of twentieth century vintage furniture making it a very relaxing and funky place in which to unwind.

There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The room has double aspect windows to the front and side of the property so it is also extremely light and airy. The second bedroom has a superking bed which can be split into two to form two single beds.

The apartment has a bathroom with an oversized shower and tucked discreetly away are a washer and separate dryer.
