The main bedroom has two single beds, a big build-in wardrobe, and access to the wide sunny terrace, the other bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and access to the other side terrace. For your comfortable staying there are two bathrooms one with a bath and another with a stand-alone shower. One of the bathrooms is possible to use as a guest toilet and there is a washing machine as well.

There is an air conditioning system in the apartment for warm and cold modes, a security door lock, wifi internet access.

One parking space belongs to the apartment and you can use it during your stay.

The Sandy beach is just in 1-minute walking distance through the urbanization and its communal pool area and gardens. Very near the apartment, there is a supermarket Aldi, some good restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, Chinese shop with all the necessities.
