It is a luxury villa with an exclusive (private) pool with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets that can accommodate up to 7 people. Very effective A/C units have been fitted in all the rooms. There is a DSL internet connection at your disposal with Wifi internet connection everywhere inside and outside the building.
1st Floor
The bedrooms are elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to six guests in real beds. In addition, one more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed or on the sofa in the living room area.
Bedroom 1 (13m2) with a private toilet (1.6m2), a Queen size bed (160X200), a 24" Smart TV with free Netflix, a large closet and a balcony. A baby cot could be provided upon request.
Bedroom 2 (11m2) with a Queen size bed (160X200), a 32" Smart TV with free Netflix, a large closet and a balcony.
Bedroom 3 (12m2) with two single beds (2X 100x200), a large closet and a balcony.
A bathroom (4m2) with a jetted tub, a big mirror, a closet and a washing machine with all the necessary supplies provided.
A terrace area (5m2) is also available on the 1st floor where you can sit and enjoy.
Ground Floor
Living Room (36m2) with one large coach, a 65"Smart TV with free Netflix and Internet connection. A dining table for 6. A large kitchen (10m2) fully equipped. A bathroom (3m2).
Outdoors
The Villa is set in 380 m2 wonderful outdoor area exclusively for you and your family/friends.
Private pool (4mX8m=32m2) with varied depth from 70cm to 160cm. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area with a dining table and BBQ facilities. An outdoor inflatable trampoline-slide playground and Kids Inflatable Pool are available upon request for our younger guests! A private parking place for up to two vehicles is also provided.

You should expect a thorough cleaning before your arrival, clean sheets and fresh towels (bath and kitchen).

Τhis luxury homestay is the perfect base for any countryside escape. Settled among large olive fields, within close reach to many amenities, as well as within 10 minutes away from the famous city of Rethimno.
Boasting a convenient location, the villa is within close reach to many amenities, such as supermarkets, cafes, local tavern choices, butcher’s shop, pharmacy and a famous long sandy beach.
You will be located only 1.8km away from a beautiful sandy beach which is about 22 minutes walk. At the same place, you will find a large beach bar with lots of beach services available and water slides for the kids to play.

1. Pavlakis supermarket, 1.8km away-18min on foot, a local supermarket chain that offers a great variety of local products.
2. Lidl supermarket, 1.5km away-15 minutes on foot, a large supermarket with everything you might need.
