Finca Valverde is a 200 year old finca, restored with much love and care in 2017 surrounded by a beautiful garden. The main house has the master bedroom located on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs, all with their own bathroom incl toilet, airco and comfortable large boxsprings.
There is a guesthouse for two, with bathroom and toilet. In the guesthouse we have a washing machine and a tumble dryer
The pool is 10x5 meter. Next to the pool there is a (by grapevines) covered sitting area/ outside kitchen, with a dining table for eight, for the true outdoor living and spectacular views. Also a refrigerator, cooker and Weber BBQ, heated outside shower and an extra toilet. And off course a nice variety of (sun) loungers.
Internet and satellite TV with international channels. Bose music system.
The poolman comes by twice a week to check out the pool.

Javea has a very sunny climate throughout the year, the area is lovely and rural, and close to all aminities.
The Arenal beach area has many bars and good restaurants and a sandy beach, but not far away, there are little bays and idyllic beaches. Climbing the mountain Montgo, with its wide views, is an advisable experience. Deep sea diving, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking in the beautiful area, playing golf on one of the many courts, it's all there for you to enjoy your holiday.
Javea is in between the Airports of Alicante and Valencia, both about a hundred kilometers.
