The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. The sun reaches the deck mid-morning and remains there for the rest of the day. You will be able to watch beautiful sunsets.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool. Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.
