Set in the heart of the Costa Blanca in the quaint town of Benissa, this ideal luxury bolthole has easy access to all the sights and everything you’ll need in one place.
Though it’s tucked away, you’re only a few minutes from the neighboring towns of Jalon, Lliber, Calpe, Moraira, Javea and conveniently close to the main access routes.

Electric gates and a sweeping driveway welcome you to this private haven, 13,000 sq mtrs of lush Mediterranean gardens, an oasis of calm awaits. A beautifully designed and spacious 11 bedroom Finca. With breathtaking views, a full complement of facilities and a perfect setting, it’s ideal for family vacations, celebrating a special occasion or event in Spain.

There are dozens of spaces and ways to enjoy this luxury retreat. Sunbathe in a plush lounger or take cover on the shaded patios; various seating and dining areas follow the path of sun and shade throughout the day. A full outdoor kitchen keeps you supplied with drinks and snacks, and at dusk, hire a private chef to prepare dinner a Mediterranean feast. Enjoy a sundowner in the chill-out area to one end of the pool, then retire to the lounge for drinks. The Finca is built for outdoor, sun-splashed living, each space carefully designed to enjoy every moment of the day.

Plentiful doors open to the main living areas, allowing the home to breathe the countryside air. French doors fuse the interior and alfresco dining areas into an ample venue for parties, while the fully equipped kitchen wit granite work surfaces throughout is sure to inspire the culinary artist. Located in one of the best cycling areas in the Costa Blanca, with direct access to Jalon Valley avoiding main roads and only 5 minutes to Calpe. This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy some of the best routes in the Costa Blanca, spectacularly mountainous and literally right on your doorstep. Steeped in history and rich in culture the Costa Blanca has it all.

The house is cleverly arranged over three levels and includes a separate family suite accommodating up to 26 guests. All bedrooms are spacious with central heating and hot/cold air conditioning. All bedrooms excluding bedrooms 6 and 7 enjoy the option of super king or twin hotel quality zip and link beds. Fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are included. Four travel cots and 2 guest beds are available free of charge and can be positioned in any of the bedrooms.

The property is available throughout the year and is hired to you exclusively. To help you with your plans, please request our floor plan. NB: If you choose not to use the upper level rooms and the family suite they will simply be locked.

Prices are based on a 7 night stay, however during low seasons and part of our mid season calendar we do try to be as flexible as possible and offer our guests a 3 night minimum stay. Saturday is the preferred changeover day during summer months but all requests will be considered.

The fee includes includes 1 Million Euro Public Liability Insurance and after event cleaning service.
