Chalet Sa Torre in Puerto de Alcudia

The delightful Chalet Sa Torre can be found in the northern part of Mallorca, only a few meters off the seashore. This beautiful and modern holiday house is very well-connected to the big municipalities such as Puerto Alcudia or Alcudia. No doubt, that from Sa Torre you can explore these beautiful localities and discover their cultural richness and heritage.

Talking about this marvelous villa, as our guests will notice it is really huge and spacious, perfect for families or a group of friends. Sa Torre residence’s area is 200 square meters, divided among two floors there are distributed four bedrooms and two bathrooms, big kitchen with dining room, living room, terrace and a great outdoor space.

The bedrooms have comfortable double beds and all of them are really cozy bright and spotless. For the really warm days, there is an air conditioning in the rooms, to help cool down and for the good rest of our visitors. In the case of needing a baby bed, it will be provided by prior notice. Linen is included.

The Kitchen is fully equipped; our guests will find a coffee machine, washing machine, oven, cook top or a toaster among all the devices the villa offers. In this area, a small dining table can be found which can be really handy.

The modern living area, which is large and very luminous, has very pleasant and huge couches. This is a great place to spend quality time either with your family or friends! This area is connected to the terrace, where, if wished, our guests can have their meals outside in total privacy.

For the leisure of our guests in the living room, a DVD player can be found too and WIFI is also provided.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped and the hair dryer, as well as the towels, are included.

One of the bathrooms has a shower, unlike the other one which has a bathtub including a Jacuzzi for greater well-being and relaxation of our guests.

The outdoors of this magnificent rental house includes a barbecue area and deck chairs, to lie down in the sun and chill. As the outdoors is a closed area, it happens to be a suitable place for visitors with children or animals. Our guests can take a breath since there is no danger in this area! If wished, there is a sun terrace on the upper floor, which procures more intimacy.

The huge range of activities this chalet offers it is uncountable: visit the big cities and learning the Mediterranean culture, practice any water sports one can think of such as surfing, scuba diving, water ski. Biking and hiking are always an option for those who would like to explore the local nature.

Area description:

Puerto Alcudia is the largest resort on the north coast and its sandy beach stretches some 10km south from the marina and the island’s second largest commercial harbour – from which a ferry service operates to the island of Menorca. The Ma-12 from Port d’Alcudia leads along the north coast road to Artà, passing the wetland nature reserve of S’Albufera (a must for birdwatchers) and the popular and lively beaches and resorts of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro.

Golf fans visiting the area of Alcúdia and Port d’Alcúdia will find an excellent 18-hole course, with spectacular bay views, at Alcanada, and numerous other opportunities to enjoy sporting activities.
