Villa Linton, Kissimmee

Villa Linton is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large south facing pool and spa in a quiet gated community in Kissimmee.

We have 2 en suite rooms, 1 Queen room, 1 full bunk (UK double) & 1 twin room and 2 separate lounges, so ideal for 2 families to share.

The villa has a security alarm and all doors to the pool area are alarmed and have safety fences to protect young children.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and all rooms incl games room & lanai have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Please note our home owners association only allow 3 cars per property so please DO NOT book our home if you will have more than 3.

Welcome to our home

GROUND FLOOR

Enter the home into the large TV lounge with formal dining room. The lounge a large comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, phone, Large flat screen Cable TV and DVD player(selection of films provided) and Xbox 360. The dining room has table and chairs to seat 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped including Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher. Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle & Toaster and crockery & cutlery for indoors and outdoors. There is also a breakfast bar which seats 3 for relaxed dining.

The 2nd lounge also has 2 comfortable sofas, side tables, CD player and books & games.

The 2nd en suite bedroom is located on the ground floor (ideal for older guests or parents wanting peace & quiet) and has Queen bed, walk-in closet, alarm clock, Cable TV & DVD and bathroom with Vanity Sink, WC, bath with shower over and hairdryer.

The games room has Foosball Table, Basketball game, Air hockey and TV for use with Playstation 2 only.

There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

FIRST FLOOR

The master bedroom has King size bed, walk-in closet, bed side tables, phone, alarm clock, cable TV and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, WC, bath with shower over and hairdryer.

The 3 remaining rooms are themed with children in mind - Mickey & Minnie/USA, Winnie the Pooh (Queen bed) and Scooby Doo with Unique Mystery Machine bed.

All rooms have walk-in closet and ample drawer space plus soft toys for young children.

The remaining rooms share the house bathroom which has vanity sink, WC, bath with shower over and hairdryer.

Our south facing pool area has a large pool and in ground spa which can be heated during colder months(additional charge). The deck area has been extended and we have luxury sun loungers and chairs. There is also a covered lanai with table and chairs for dining.

We supply all towels (including pool towels) and linens. We also have a safe for your personal valuables.

Location

Villa Linton is in a quiet gated community in Kissimmee but is only minutes away from hundreds of shops, restaurants and attractions on US192. Some of the restaurants and attractions are within walking distance.

There are bus stops at the top of the road on the 192 with bus links to the theme parks but a car is recommended.

We are around a 10 minute drive from Disney Main gate so it is ideal for all the Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks and Downtown Disney shopping.

We are also around a 10-15 min drive from Sea World, Aquatica water park and Discovery Cove(where you can swim with Dolphins). These 2 parks are a few minutes from International Drive which again has a large selection of shops, restaurants & attractions.

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are a little further away being around a 25 min drive.

Florida is not just about theme parks, if you have a car why not get out and about and visit the coast and other attractions?

If you fancy a day at the beach, Cocoa Beach on the East Coast is around a 45 min drive whilst Daytona Beach and The Kennedy Space Centre are around 60-75 min drive.

On the West Coast St Petersburg and Clearwater are both popular destinations along with Busch Gardens theme park..
