Gemo Villa

The area which our villa is located is called Ovacık, the hill between Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. Elevation is around 350m. Cooler than Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. Very fresh forest air. 4 to 6 degrees celsius is cooler than Fethiye and Ölüdeniz and always has a little breeze to help you breath when it is over 40 degrees celsius outside. Area surrounding with pine tree forest looking to Mount Mendos (1495mt) and Babadağ (1950mt). Babadağ is the mountain which is the starting point of famous paragliding over Ölüdeniz.

Our villa has a very nice privet pool which is maintained every day regularly. Pretty big garden full of trees; 5 pine trees, many fruit trees and full green ivy all over the fences. Inside the garden and the pool is hardly seeable by the neighbours.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them has air-condition and the one does not have you don't need. The kitchen is very spacey. There is wi-fi and ip-TV. There is parking space with shade for one car. only belongs to our villa. There is a barbecue.

There are plenty of markets in walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes 1km away.

Ölüdeniz Beach is about 7km away. Çalış Beach in Fethiye is about 8km away. All other Beaches are around 8-10km away
