'The Sunflower Suite' is a recently refurbished contemporary suite/apartment with 3 bedrooms, spacious open plan living areas, high spec facilities, furnished balcony and roof terrace with amazing Sea/Mountain views. The complex is just a few minutes walk from Peyia Village square and all its amenities Wi-Fi, AC and Premium TV included.

Take a gentle stroll to Peyia Village for lunch or dinner in one of the many great traditional tavernas where you will find the best hospitality anywhere in Paphos. The beach resort and amenities at Coral Bay are just a few km away by the coast and you have an excellent base for exploring the villages such as Kathikas with its wineries and many great restaurants or across to the Akamas Nature reserve which hosts one of the best unspoilt beaches in Cyprus (Lara).

DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR

'The Sunflower Suite' in Peyia Village Centre, Paphos is accessed from a private road just 150m from Peyia Village Amenities

Access to the property is at second floor level from the well maintained entrance. Entry from the main apartment door is into the stunning modern lounge/dining/kitchen area. Immediately to the right hand side is the contemporary and fully equipped kitchen which hosts all major Bosch appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob & hood, oven and that all important coffee machine. There is also a blender and sandwich toaster. Within the same open plan areas is the lounge which is equipped with a large corner sofa in a contemporary style and can easily seat 6. The sofa is centred around the large flat screen 50 inch LG TV with Netflix and Premium Channel IPTV.

An elegant dining table which can seat 6 is conveniently positioned between the kitchen and lounge. Access from the lounge can be gained to the balcony with sofa set and large stainless steel BBQ.

Back into the inside areas and you will pass a useful wc/cloakroom before accessing the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom at the end of the corridor hosts a super king-sized bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom also hosts a super king-sized bed and fitted wardrobes. On the other side of the living areas is the third bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. A smartly designed and modern wet room with shower, wc and basin completes this area

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (& included in rental price) There are ceiling fans in the 2 double bedrooms and free standing fans available. Flyscreens are fitted to each window.

Other extras such as hairdryers x 2, cool-boxes, beach bag, masks and snorkels, playing cards, scrabble, Digital Radio with bluetooth, bosch coffee machine and pool towels are provided. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate.

2 sets of golf clubs are available on request. The owners can also arrange hire of mountain and road bikes as required.

Travel Cot and Highchair provided on request.

The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included). It also features a library of movies, music & TV series which is regularly updated.

DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR

The property benefits from private and allocated under cover parking. Access can be gained to a stylish roof terrace area, fully furnished to allow enjoyment of the amazing open aspect and views of the Sea and Mountains.

The complex has a lightly used and well maintained communal pool with sun loungers and parasols that are private to 'The Sunflower Suite' guests only. The pool area has an outside shower and cloakrooms.

Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where 'The Sunflower Suite' is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores with the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery being almost too much to resist!

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages in the area. It is spread over a large area with the village centre (only 150m/2-5 minute walk) having many good amenities including Bars (with Wi-Fi) (‘The Mill’, ‘The Jail’, ‘The Grande’, ‘Sugar Bar’), Restaurants (The Renowned Peyia Tavern’, ‘Cousins’, Savvas Grill, The Mediterranean), Takeaways, Shops (Philippos supermarket, Constanides Bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, deli) and a bank (to name but a few).

Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its Sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities. Other things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, watersports, sailing, wineries and much much more. Amusements and the Waterpark in Paphos are also easily accessible from Peyia, as are numerous archaeological ruins such as the Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Mosaics and the Christian Catacombs. For golf enthusiasts, Paphos area now offers 4 golf courses. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both approximately a 40 minute drive from Peyia Village Centre, Tsada golf course (now Minthis Hills) is a short 20 minute drive from Peyia. The newly opened Nick Faldo designed ‘Elea’ golf club looks to be the new Jewel in the crown and will put Cyprus firmly on the map as a European golfing destination. The course is near Paphos airport which is just under 30 minutes drive from Beau View.

If you want to get out and explore some fantastic scenery, take a trip to the Akamas Peninsula, Polis, Latchi or even Troodos mountains. The Akamas is an untouched part of Cyprus with unspoilt coastline and traditional fish taverns in stunning seaside locations. Troodos is of course the main mountain range in Cyprus, not many people know that in the winter....you can ski!
