Master bedroom with king size bed, two twin rooms with two singles in each. Wall mounted TV's in 2 bedrooms

Family shower room with toilet and basin, second toilet with basin.

Decking with patio furniture, BBQ.

Full Gas Central Heating, Double Glazing throughout. There is Wifi throughout.

Cooker, Oven, Microwave, Cutlery, Tableware, Pots and Pans, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher.

Dining area seats 4 comfortably.

1 sofa and 2 arm chairs, Flat screen TV, DVD player,   Further TV's in 2 bedrooms.

There is parking directly outside for 1 car and plenty of free parking around for other vehicles.

There are 4 beautiful fishing lakes on site and the fishing is great. Visitors are welcome to fish with a valid angling licence.

Guest have access to the entire lodge. On site is a club house with 2 pools one indoor one outdoor, entertainment, soft play, play areas, gym, arcade, a cafe and a brasserie, crazy golf, pool tables and lots more. If you would like access please let me know and I will arrange passes for you.

The cost of passes are £50
