House for four people with beautiful outside area and pool to rent at the outskirts of the small village Es Llombards. The sandy beach Cala Llombards is only 5 km. away and Santanyi with shops, restaurants and a bustling weekly market is 4.5 km. away.
Charming one-storey country house. Open living/dining room with completely equipped kitchen area; both with access to the outside. Andreu has two twin bedrooms -one with en suite shower-room. There is another separate shower.

Beautiful well kept outside area with sun and shadow areas, pool, terrrace and barbecue area.

Note: One of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning unit.

As the bedrooms are tight, there is no room to place a baby cot. If any is need it, then it would have to be placed in the living room.

There is a nice pool 3.5 x 7 meters with clorinated water, the pool area has sun beds and an outdoor shower.
Damage deposit Euro 300.- . Air conditioning available on request at the cost of Euro 17.-/day. Minimum 5 nights.
The exterior has a covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy the summery days and there is a brick built barbecue to make nice vegetables and meat.
