Villa Puerto Marino, Gran Alacant

Our family-friendly villa is located in a quiet area, just 5 minute walk to the local restaurants offering a wide range of local cultural and worldwide cuisine, bars and 4 large supermarkets. The stunning beach is 7 minutes by car and is serviced by local buses and road train. Local Golf courses/groups are a short drive away. Alicante city (15 minutes by car) can be reached by the local bus with one way fare 1.5 Euros with a stunning centre of shops, restaurants and historical places of interest. The bus station is very close to the beautiful marina. Train and bus stations allow travel throughout Spain.
We offer satellite TV including British channels and free Wifi with access throughout the villa. A useful utility room contains a new washing machine and barbecue storage. The master bedroom has an ensuite and access to the large balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and third bedroom is a small mezzanine level with a single bed. The family bathroom is next to the twin room with an additional shower room on the ground floor. Four air conditioning units provide cooling or heat including the mezzanine level. The local area is very lively and although only 5 minutes walk away the villa is very secluded and peaceful. The use of 2 communal pools five minutes away - with kids paddle area - and stunning country views make for a perfect holiday location.
