This delightful Villa is located in the prestigious 'La Capellania' urbanisation just to the west of Benalmadena Pueblo and with its nearest beach located at the bottom end of the urbanisation just minutes away.

There is a shopping centre by the entrance to the urbanisation and this features a Carrefour supermarket, an English bar, newsagents/ booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners,Indian, Italian restaurant and stylish Spanish bar/ restaurant. The Higueron Hilton hotel is just a 5 minute walk available for cocktails or a spa day. You can be in Fuengirola,Benalmadena centers in 10 minutes drive, or Mijas and the aqua parks in sane time. Malaga, with its beautiful cathedral and Picasso museum is less than half an hour and the local train service is excellent.

All in all a luxury home from home. Internet and TV is provided free. There are many channels available along with sky sports, music channels and all your normal UK ones.
We offer a welcome pack for you on arrival consisting of Bread, Butter, Tea, Coffee and Suger. There is a fresh cold water dispenser which holds 18 litres, this will be provided for free. More water can be provided at a cost of 8 euro per 18 litres. If you require any other food or beverages ie, beers, wines, please contact owner.

The detached Villa is located at the end of a quite close, so no busy through traffic ideal for relaxing in the private gardens aeras. The 8 metre pool for cooling down in the summer heat, plenty of terracing for soaking up the sun. Their is a large private bar/outside kitchen with a gas fire pit to enjoy your own drinks and partys with out having to go to the busy night spots of the local towns. If you are thinking of getting a car then we have your own drive way with remote-controlled, sliding gate.
The south-facing terraces has all day sun with sun loungers that are provided on the terrace for your comfort and relaxation as well as a barbecue dining table & chairs. On the top floor another large all round glazed terrace.
