The open plan style living area offers a new and well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge / freezer. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.

The lounge has a very comfortable leather sofa and armchair - both are electrically reclinable. There is a large flat screen TV. Satellite channels are provided with BBC, ITV, CH4 etc.
The lounge has a ceiling fan, as well as a DVD, books and board games.
Separating the living room to the outside terrace is family area that has a sofa bed. Above the sofa bed is a further ceiling fan.
The apartment has a very large terrace with comfortable sun beds and patio furniture, as well as lovely views over the golf course to the mountain.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside tablesa ceiling fan and air conditioning (payable extra - see pricing). A Hair dryer and curling tongs are provided.
The bathroom is fresh and new with a large walk-in shower.

The Resort:
The complex of Fairways is gated, allowing entrance only to members and invited guests, giving your family more security.

For the kids there is a lovely play area, table tennis, and a daily activity programme during the school holidays.

There is a large heated swimming pool at the heart of the resort with pool bar and the club house restaurant right by its side. Here you can enjoy an evening meal followed by live music or a local act.

There is a 24 hr reception, a childrens play area and free wi-fi zone.

Amarilla Golf and Country Club is a quiet resort with a scattering of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Just outside the complex is a supermarket, and a few restaurants and bars - some with entertainment. Fairways is just a 10-15 min walk to the new marina that separates the resorts of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. Here there is a very pretty sea front promenade full of good quality restaurants, bars and shops.

Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, is the San Blas Commercial Centre that consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 10 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.

Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas are a 15-20 min drive away.

"A home away from home"

The two of us greatly enjoyed our stay in the cosy and comfortable apartment of John and Rose. Already when we made our reservations for our stay, the clear and complete communication provided us with a great sense of ease. Though we rented a car of our own at the airport, John and Rose had offered us to pick us up at the airport if we hadn’t. We were welcomed by them upon our arrival at the Fairways resort and immediately offered a tour through the resort while being guided to the apartment. Entering the apartment immediately felt like home. The apartment is decorated in a very cosy and above all comfortable way. And what a pleasant surprise it was that John and Rose already had taken care of a number of groceries like fresh fruit, bread, croissants, milk, tea, coffee, beer, wine, refreshments and other things that allowed us to immediately settle in without having to go to the supermarket. Also bed sheets and towels were nicely taking care of. The terras of the apartment provides a first class view over the Golf course and a view at the top of El Teide (hence El Teide Suite). And if all of this was not enough, John and Rose offered their help in showing us around in the area and very clearly stated that we could contact them at any moment if we were in need of information or help. Halfway through our stay John and Rose came by to change towels, bed linen and even the table cloth of the dinning table, making to whole apartment felt fresh again. Even on the very last day, they guided us through the inner roads to avoid any traffic jams leading towards the airport.

The Fairways resort is nicely situated between the Golf course (I believe the Amarilla Golf Course).The whole complex is well taken care and offers a well maintained swimming pool, with lots of sun-beds and a nice pool bar. The whole complex is only accessible with a key card, providing a great sense of security. A number of nice restaurants and bars are nearby (walking distance).

All-in-all this has been a fantastic stay for us at Tenerife and we definitely look forward to return to it for a next time. Thank you John and Rose for making this a wonderful vacation for us

Stayed at John and Rosie’s apartment at Fairways golf del sur Tenerife for two weeks in March 2022. Had an amazing time at there beautiful apartment which we would recommend to anyone. The free hamper on arrival meant that we didn’t have to rush out to buy anything even including a box of chocolates. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we fully enjoyed our holiday picked us up for the supermarket at a charge of only 10 euros and waited until we had done all our shopping. Free pickup and return to the airport. Even helping us with our luggage to the check in desk. Two off the most fantastic hosts we have ever come across in fifty years of holidaying.

Jon organized everything great !! We had a great welcome from John and Rose on site with Christmas decorations, a full fridge and delicious fruit. Everything was clean and fragrant. The pool area was heated so that we could hardly get our son out. Also the bar with snacks, the pool table and the ping pong tables made sure we always had a good time.

What a lovely stay at this apartment at Fairways!
So nice to see two friendly faces at the airport ready to transport you and your luggage over to the apartment.
Rose and John had thought of everything to set you up in the complimentary welcome pack, all the basic supplies you want for the first couple of days, made us feel at settled straight away.
The kitchen was fully equipped. I enjoy cooking on holiday and it has everything you’d need, even down to tin foil and a garlic crusher.
Nothing was too much trouble even when we managed to lock ourselves out on Christmas Day John was round in 5 minutes, a real star!
The apartment was so comfy, from the reclining sofas to the sun bed cushions that Rose and John were happy for us to use by the pool side.
The location is fabulous, to have the view of Teide to enjoy each morning from the patio is beautiful, and to be so near to quality bars and restaurants, makes for a very special holiday.

We would definitely recommend this apartment as a home from home place to stay in Amarilla golf!

From the time we were met at the airport and taken to the apartment by the owners, John and Rose, it felt like we were one of the family. Providing us with tips on where to eat on the drive to the resort, as well as supplying a welcome pack in the apartment, that contained everything you could need on day 1 of your holiday. The apartment was well furnished and immaculate, and the views over the golf course were very relaxing. The resort itself was quiet, with a great pool area and a place for lunch. The resorts public areas and gardens were well maintained and a night security patrols meant you felt safe. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. One place my wife and I would definitely visit again.

A very generous welcome "package" awaits the holiday maker provided by John and Rose a delightful couple who could not be nicer or more helpful. The apartment is well furnished and spacious; the bedroom is perfectly adequate and provides lots of storage. The all important bathroom is a good size and the shower is excellent. The balcony is "family size" and well enclosed. It overlooks the golf course and the golf clubhouse is an easy walk away. John and Rose are prepared to meet you at the airport and bring you to the apartment - car rental services are available within the Fairways complex. If you have to wait for checked luggage the airport car rental queues can be horrendous.

This is a really comfortable apartment, which we feel is imbued with the owners warmth and friendliness. John and Rose have provided a very clean and well kept place which is further enhanced by their thoughtfulness in providing little necessities, like tea, coffee, water and milk on arrival. From being collected from the airport, by the owners, to leaving on our day of departure, the experience was very, very good. Everything was thought of in our welcome pack. The apartment is in a complex with very good security. The facilities and cleanliness of the complex was excellent. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and everything was thought of for our enjoyment and relaxation. The view of the golf course from the balcony made it a pleasure to sit out there on the sunbeds. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Well where do we start ... We had a brilliant holiday at your apartment in August. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we enjoyed every second. The airport transfer was a lovely touch as it meant we didn’t need to worry about finding a taxi once we had landed in Tenerife. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and Immaculately clean with lovely views over the golf course which we never got tired of looking out onto. It catered for everything we may have needed throughout our stay and the starter hamper was a great idea to tied us over until we got some shopping in (even the dishwasher came in very handy)!
The location of the apartment was perfect, a short walk to the marina where there were some lovely local bars and restaurants or a short taxi ride should we choose.
We were pleasantly surprised to find there was daily entertainment on the complex which certainly kept the children occupied whilst we soaked up the sun!
Your hospitality was second to none and we very much appreciated the shopping trip to the local (inexpensive) supermarket for €10 return.
We’d like to thank you both for your hospitality during our stay and will definitely be returning as soon as we possibly can!

Have just spent 9 glorious days in El Teide Suite Amarrilla Golf .If you are looking for high quality and luxurious comfort this is the place to go .
Very spacious appt with wi-fi high quality decor and furnishings, massive sun terrace with spectacular views over golf course and mount Teide , with padded sunloungers and patio furniture +B.B.Q .
We were picked up at the airport by the lovley owners (15 mins away ) a welcome pack awaited us to get us started.
Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean ,kitchen ( large fridge freezer) and equipped with everything you could possibly need .
Dining room/ lounge with beautiful lamps , relining leather sofa and chair ,2 nd lounge/ relaxing / games room with sofa bed , great if you have children, both of these rooms have large ceiling fans if you need to be cooler .
Main bedroom is beautifully furnished, with high quality bedding and towels , plenty of storage and a built in safe with a large fan on ceiling .
The complex itself has bars , restaurants , nail/ hair salon ,is kept spotlessly clean and is very quiet, 24 hr , reception, A.T.M on site, car hire on site , large heated swimming pool, beautiful pond with turtles, set in perfectly manicured gardens ,.
For days out nothing is to far away bus / car / walk, shopping , bars restaurants, day trips , marina .everything is on the door step !

Had a wonderful 2 week stay in this apartment. The apartment was spotless with all the amenities needed and furnished to a high standard throughout. Rose and John were great, very approachable and helpful. Lovely little touches to welcome you to their apartment including John leaving a weekly news paper and essentials such as milk butter etc. Would certainly book again.

Me and my wife have just returned from a 12 day stay at this apartment, so what can we say BRILLIANT from start to finish !!
The owners John and Rose pick you up from the airport and on departure take you back free of charge and even provide you with a cool drink. The service John and Rose provide is fantastic!
They provide a free weekly service where they change the towels the bed linen and clean the apartment . Also if needed, which to us was an amazing help John will take you to a local large supermarket to do all your holiday shopping and he only charges 10 euros !!
It’s only a ten minute drive from the airport and when you arrive at the apartment there is a welcome pack waiting.
Seeing the apartment for the first time we were more than impressed it is of a very high standard.
It is decorated beautifully! There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the home comforts including washer fridge freezer and microwave etc.
The bathroom is fully fitted with a walk in shower it is very spacious and very clean.
The one double bedroom is fully fitted with lots of wardrobe space and is equipped with a safe for you to use free of charge.
From the kitchen it leads into a open plan living space with a large tv dining table and large sofa for you to relax at night .
From the living room there is a an area that can be closed off using a curtain to make a separate private sleeping area for two people as it has a double pull out bed.
From there you can walk out on to a beautiful veranda overlooking a golf course with sun loungers, comfy chairs and table for outside dining and even a small barbecue !!
Oh and free WiFi what a blessing !!
There is a lovely large pool area in the complex with ample sunbeds for you to use.
There are bars close by which provide food and entertainment and also a small small supermarket.
We couldn’t have wished for anything more for a perfect holiday !!
We have already booked again for next year !
