Our villa is located a little further up the coastal road from Argaka. It is situated at the top of a small quiet residential road of just 23 villas with elevation and views of the sea at the front and mountains at the rear.
There is a car port to keep your car shaded at the side of the villa. The garden is beautifully landscaped with a mixture of trees and flowers.
Each of the bedrooms have a balcony. The pool is larger than normal and great for length swimming. It has roman steps at the shallow end and it gradually increases in depth towards the deep end which has ladder steps out from there.
There is also a pool shower. Sufficient sunbeds adorn the pool patio. There is an outside BBQ and an outside dining table to seat 6.
We also have a cot and a high chair for infants. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is inside dining for 6 also. The lounge has patio doors opening out on the pool terrace. It houses the TV which has comprehensive satellite channels and a dvd player. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite and it has a very large balcony overlooking the pool. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms but it's possible to make them up into doubles if requested. They both have balconies. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
