Comfort is the priority in furnishing this apartment, so enjoy some comfortable movie nights on the sofa and a restful sleep on superior mattresses. Cafes and restaurants are just a short 1-2 min walk away.
The apartment block is away from major roads and noise, so it is quiet and the 24 hour guard service keeps the place secure.
Guest access
The whole apartment is available for your use, and during your stay you will not be disturbed by me and have the place to yourself.
Netflix is available free on both smart TVs. Sit back and enjoy some awesome movie nights after a long day of touring.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes an oven, blender, microwave and cooking utensils and basic ingredients to cook up a meal.
There is a washing machine and dryer available, and the bathrooms have hair dryers, toothbrushes, shampoo and soap.
The apartment block has 3 pools (includes 1 kid's pool) and are free to use for you and your guests. The gym has excellent quality equipment and membership can be paid directly either daily or weekly. Current gym membership rate is approx $5 a day.
The gym boasts a weight station, cardio machines and a range of work out stations. A personal trainer is also available at all times. If you are into yoga, zumba, kids classes, boxing, vovinam or dream fit classes, these are all provided for a fee at the gym. Below the gym there is a restaurant and bar, which serve a range of Vietnamese and Western cuisine, and they also provide free delivery.
The apartment block has a lot of green areas and a kids play area (swing, slide etc). The pool side also has arm chairs to just sit back and relax on and a restaurant/pool by the bar.
