Beautiful Spanish villa is located in the exclusive and desirable residential location of Montgo reserve in Javea giving stunning valley and mountain views with close proximity to beach, Excellent Golf courses and shopping of course! (ALL few minutes’ drive).

This villa has 6 bedrooms all with luxury ensuite and is a home from home providing you all your comfort needs and will sleep up to 14 people ( There is a sofa bed and portable bed in the second lounge downstairs facing the pool). All bathrooms are great specs after a recent renovation, there is a huge kitchen diner overlooking the valley which comes alive at night as the various villages light up. It’s even more amazing during regular fiesta and celebration times as fireworks go off.

Outdoor space in this villa is rather unique and beautiful. Wherever you turn there are mature gorgeous shrubs, trees and quaint seating areas around the gardens and around the pool overlooking the valley. There is a Spanish courtyard in the back with a beautiful pepper tree and where you will also find the outdoor kitchen to have your barbeque. Both summer kitchen of the courtyard and the main kitchen are adjacent and so ideal and easily accessible when entertaining. Great private space for family dining or simply chilling in privacy and enjoying the Mountain View.

There is also 2 private solariums for the all over suntan and where you can have some amazing valley and mountain view or there is the Pool area with sunbeds and shaded areas to chill and relax in.

The Villa has two lounges, one upstairs in the main living area and one downstairs by the pool. Patio doors from the master lounge lead to a most beautiful and bright Naya (Spanish for a veranda ) You will find yourself sitting there lots as the breeze and views are absolutely beautiful and welcoming. You will also enjoy the famous and amazing montgo sunsets from this naya every day.
The big lavish kitchen is fully kitted for your holiday needs. All usual kitchen appliances fitted including a new 5 x gas burner which can come in handy for the nights in. Kitchen has its own sun dining solarium .

Private driveway leads up to a garage and the studio apartment (fourth room with large ensuite and kitchenette). Surrounding the driveway are mature trees including orange, lemon and almond. You will find yourself enjoying the outdoors in the sun a lot here as there are many quirky and tranquil secluded sitting areas. So be it with a book or a glass of chilled drink, you will find the villa very peaceful quiet and private but conveniently located for easy access to all the amenities.
There is ample parking for 6 cars on the drive way and much more outside the villa.
