For the more discerning holiday maker we present an impressive 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) quality family apartment, situated on an enclosed private and friendly complex. Our competitive rates do not reflect the high quality of accommodation on offer and its location, therefore this is a great value option. We do recommend car hire for this location.
Superbly located within close proximity to the Blue Flag beaches and resort facilities, our apartment is designed in a traditional Andalusian style with wonderful brick work columns, whitewashed facades, wooden beams and decorative tiles. Every effort has been made to make this complex stand out from all the rest .....
Our holiday home has easy access, has 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite), a large private enclosed 'al-fresco' dining terraced area and benefits from a view out on to beautiful landscaped gardens planted with palm trees (no road noise here!). Fitted out to high standards with everything you would expect for a relaxing self catering holiday, including free Wifi access, bed linen and bathroom towels provision is included.
We can comfortably accommodate 4 persons plus 1 child (maximum 12 years) and a baby in the cot provided. Our offering includes a good sized enclosed terrace for al-fresco living. Allocated and covered parking is provided within the urbanisation.
There is a superb large outdoor pool with small splash pool, and children's play areas directly opposite our apartment. Spanish TV or using a Firestick you can access other channels via our fibre cable wifi. An acclimatised indoor pool caters for out of season swimming (October to May). Private parking space allocated (within urbanisation).
Vera Playa is a low rise modern and chic resort, offering very good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a Water Park. There are good public transport options. Within proximity is a diverse mix of coastal and hilltop whitewashed villages, large town and a hours drive from the beautiful regional capital city (Almeria) - its all here and so very culturally Spanish with a laid back tempo!
Blue flag beaches & water park 3 mins drive. Traditional open air markets / restaurants / bars / modern supermarkets / Go-kart circuit / several Golf courses. Great cycling and fishing territory too!
