There are four spacious bedrooms, 3 shower/bathrooms and 1 seperate wc, 3 first floor bedrooms have balconies and the second floor bedroom has a private (not overlooked) roof terrace with recliners.

There is a terrace area at pool level with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors, the garden and pool is private with a variety of plants and trees around the property. There is private off road parking area in front of the villa.

Notes on accommodation:
The accommodation is arranged over three floors.
The hall, living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms,one on-suite are located on the first floor , the largest bedroom with en-suite is located on second floor ,this bedroom has a roof terrace.
All bedrooms have remote controlled air-conditioning units.
The villa is well equipped with CD's, DVD's and a book case full of books to meet any taste, there are fire extinguishers located on the ground floor and smoke alarms throughout.
There are three safes for security of your valuables

Outside:
There is a private walled garden , planted with bougainvillea and various exotic trees and plants.
There is pedestrian access to back and front and vehicular access to the front with car parking space.
There is a private pool and garden, the pool size 25'x13'x6' deep at deep end with underwater lighting which automatically switches on in the evening, daily pool maintenance is provided.

There is an L shaped veranda which overlooks the pool and a sun deck equipped with 7 recliners , tables and umbrellas, there is an outdoor shower unit on the pool deck and for alfresco dinning there is a barbecue.
The pool deck remains in the sun all day and the veranda which is not overlooked catches the last of the suns rays in the evening.

Towels and linen are provided, there is sufficient linen to enable you to change weekly.
