This lovely 2 bed duplex to rent in Las Adelfas II, Golf Del Sur provides very comfortable accommodation in an great position within this ever popular complex.

You walk into a large room with a light and airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is a dining table and 4 chairs and a very comfortable L-shaped leather sofa.
Satellite TV (UK channels) and wi-fi is provided.

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine / dryer.

Patio doors from the living room lead out to a lovely sunny terrace with comfortable chairs and a table. Here you are nicely set back from the pool, so you can enjoy the sunshine with a degree of privacy (surrounded by a hedge).

Also on the ground floor is bedroom 2 that has twin singles, aircon and fitted Wardrobes.
There is also a downstairs bedroom with WC and shower cubicle.

The stairs lead to the upper floor with the master bedroom. This has a air conditioning, a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, aircon and an ensuite with bath / overhead shower.

The complex of Las Adelfas II has a lovely swimming pool (heated in winter), and a popular on-site restaurant and bar.

Within a 5 minute walk of the complex is a well stocked supermarket and a few bars. There are various bars / restaurants dotted around.
A 15 minute walk in one direction takes you to the marina and the resort centre is a 15 minute walk in the other.

Being set just a 5 min walk to the 1st tee of the Golf Del Sur course and a 10-15 min walk to the Amarilla one, Las Adelfas II is ideal for golfers but this is a true holiday complex to suit all tastes.

There is plenty of free parking right outside the apartment.

The Resort
Golf Del Sur is a very pretty resort on the south coast of Tenerife only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants too!

The resort centre, otherwise known as 'San Blas' consists of 3 picturesque squares each containing good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques and a night club. At the other end of the resort, next to the new marina, you will find a very pretty sea front promenade full of restaurants where you can dine 'al fresco' overlooking the sea. The nearby Spanish village of Los Abrigos is just a 5 minute taxi ride and here is a small fishing port, full of some of the best fresh fish restaurants on the island.

The neighbouring resort of Las Adelfas II is only a 10 min walk into the neigbouring resort of Amarilla which is very up and coming. This includes the lovely 19th Hole restaurant and bar with its quality food and wonderful views to the sea and marina.
