This house is located in the area of Coelha, in a pleasant residential area surrounded by neighbors and nature offering a sense of privacy and inclusion at the same time. The nearest beach is Coelha Beach, a small sand beach with its natural rock formation, which invites you to leisure in the sun, jump in the Atlantic or dine in the restaurant enjoying the romantic sunset and the excellent Mediterranean food. The house is close to the restaurants and to the shopping facilities ( 200 m ), only a few minutes by foot, also the town of Albufeira or Guia are just a few minutes drive away. Inviting you to enjoy the typical chicken piri-piri ( spicy dish served in the town of Guia ), or take your friends and family out on the town, visiting the old town of Albufeira with all it's activities and animations. Outside the house offers a generous swimming pool with lots of sun exposure, surrounded by a terrace, garden, a BBQ and a exterior shower.
