This superb Villa is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi detached property situated on a well established complex with its own balconies and private garden in Calis. It is close to all amenities and is a short stroll to Calis Beach. Lissa Villa is a perfect base for a peaceful relaxing holiday or for exploring the nearby towns and sites. All rooms are bright and airy with tiled floors throughout. The bedrooms comprise of one double and one twin room on the first floor and in the top room there is a double bed with ensuite and roof terrace. On the ground floor is a WC. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils. The washing machine is located in the top floor bathroom with drying space on the balcony. The living area has sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player, with a dining table and stools leading onto the large patio area perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the private garden. The Villa sleeps 6 people very comfortably. The outside space is beautifully presented, there are 6 sunbeds and mattresses, table and 6 chairs and a sun umbrella. The Villa has its own private garden with shrubs and flowers. There is a huge shared pool on the complex and also a children`s pool. To summarise, the Villa offers guests superb holiday accommodation in a quiet location but very close to the centre and beach.
Calis Beach with its shops, restaurants and promenade is a short walk away. It is a pebble beach with spectacular sunsets to enjoy over a refreshing drink. The dolmus (local bus) will take you to Fethiye where they are plenty of shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Catch another bus onto Hisaronu and Oludeniz. There are many places nearby for the adventurous to explore. The famous Oludeniz beach renowned for paragliding, saklikent gorge, butterfly valley and the deserted village of kayakoy, horse riding and off road jeep safari. For the shopaholics, Fethiye has some excellent boutiques and also the market comes to Fethiye every Tuesday and Calis every Sunday with lots of bargains to be found, but you must try and haggle!
