This is a fabulous South facing 3 Bedroom House with WiFi set in beautiful gardens and situated in a secured complex. The house is approximately a fifteen minute walk across a foot bridge, where you will arrive to the beach surrounded with tapas bar´s and chiringuito´s. A ten minute walk leads you to the local supermarket and there is an abundance of restaurants and shops and less than a five minute drive to the beach, a perfectly located holiday home.

The west facing aspect of the property with full Wifi is superb for taking in the afternoon rays all year round. The split level lounge leads directly onto the terrace and overlooks the gardens, it is a wonderful sun trap for enjoying dining Al Fresco or sipping something cold, a couple of steps leads you down to the manicured gardens and to the free to form swimming pool. The television system has UK and Spanish channels.

The house offers substantial, tastefully decorated accommodation which is over two levels, ideal for larger parties. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and looks out to the front patio and carport. Boasting a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and its own private terrace, this will not disappoint, it has beautiful sea views. The twin and double bedroom share the family bathroom and walk in shower, finished to a minimalist style. There is a gated driveway to park the car.

The famous Puerto Banus is less than a ten minute drive, San Pedro de Alcantara with its superb promenade is less than five minutes, Marbella is just a fifteen minute car drive away and Estepona with its beautiful Old Town is also just 15 minutes drive away.
